New to the music library!

Here are some of the new albums we’ve added to the 90.9 WRCJ music library. Listen Friday for George Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F performed by Daniil Trifonov. That recording is from Daniil’s upcoming album My American Story. The album releases in October but hear it early on 90.9! Other new additions include the music of Lukas Foss performed by the Buffalo Philharmonic under the baton of JoAnn Falletta. We also picked up the album Trailblazers featuring the sonatas by Ethel Smyth, Henriette Bosman and Dora Pejacevic. There’s also the album Storyteller featuring contemporary trumpet concertos performed by Mary Elizabeth Bowden and Wings, an album of chamber music by Rami Levin. Finally, two piano albums. There’s the collection of Impromptus by Shai Wosner and a Mozart Piano Sonata album performed by David Fung.  We also acquired several of the Vitamin String Quartet’s albums including tracks featured on the popular series Bridgerton!
