Ferndale Community Concert Band has been making music in Ferndale and the surrounding area for 7 years.
The band’s conductor and musical director is Mr. Ed Quick. Maestro Quick was the Band director at Detroit School of the Arts for many years and has performed with his bands at Carnegie Hall and in Europe over many years.
Taylor Made Jazz, a 7 piece jazz combo will open the show with a short set at 2:45 p.m.
The title of Sunday’s concert is Musical Landscapes Real and Imagined.
