The Windsor Symphony Orchestra
This concert mark the debut of the extraordinary Canadian conductor, Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser. He will take you on an evocative trip to Italy with Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony. Its final movement revels in its use of the rhythms of Neapolitan dances. Paired with two works by women composers, this program will end with Canadian composer Barbara Pentland’s beautiful Symphony No. 2.
